In Ottoman Turkish, tezyin means "adornment" or "embellishment." We named ourselves after this word because our belief is simple: there is grace and beauty to be found in everything. Our purpose is to adorn all that is human.

Our Story

A brooch pinned to a lapel, a bookmark tucked between the pages of the book you're reading, a notebook filled with your thoughts… These are the small rituals of everyday life. Tezyin set out to create objects that bring meaning and beauty to these rituals.

We draw inspiration from traditional decorative arts and reinterpret that heritage through the simple, elegant lines of today. Our goal is to make pieces that are a joy to use and worth keeping for years to come.

How We Make Our Pieces

Every Tezyin piece is made by artisans with a careful eye for detail. We choose high-quality, long-lasting materials like brass, leather, and natural paper, and finish each piece by hand. Because of the handmade process, no two pieces are exactly alike. Those small differences are what make each one uniquely yours.
