Distance Selling Agreement
This Distance Selling Agreement (the "Agreement") is executed between the SELLER, whose details are provided below, and the BUYER shopping on the website, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. By placing an order, you agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. Parties

BUYER: The natural or legal person whose information is obtained during the checkout process.
2. Subject of the Agreement The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER via the SELLER's website, which possess the qualifications specified in the contract.
3. Product, Payment, and Delivery Information Information regarding the type, quantity, brand/model, sale price, payment method, and the designated recipient of the product(s) is provided in the preliminary information form and the order summary presented to the BUYER during the checkout process. This information forms an integral part of this Agreement.
4. General Provisions
The BUYER accepts and declares that they have read and fully understood the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sale price, payment method, and delivery of the product subject to the contract before placing the order, and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
Unless otherwise stated, the product shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the designated address within 30 days from the date of the order.
The BUYER has the right to inspect the product for damage during delivery. If the product is damaged, the BUYER has the right to refuse the delivery and request the courier to prepare a damage assessment report (hasar tespit tutanağı).
If the fulfillment of the ordered product or service becomes impossible, the SELLER shall notify the BUYER within 3 days of learning of this situation and shall refund the total amount to the BUYER within a maximum of 14 days.
5. Right of Withdrawal The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product to themselves or the designated person/organization, without stating any reason and without incurring any penalty. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify the SELLER via [email protected] within this period. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by its original invoice. The SELLER shall refund the total payment to the BUYER within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are personalized or custom-made according to the BUYER's specifications, single-use items, and products that are unsuitable for return due to their health and hygiene nature once their protective elements (shrink wrap, seals, packaging, etc.) have been opened.
7. State of Default and Legal Consequences In the event that the BUYER defaults on transactions made by credit card, the BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between them and the cardholder bank, and will be liable directly to the bank.
8. Competent Court and Dispute Resolution For the implementation and resolution of disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence are authorized up to the monetary limits declared annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
