Clarification Text on Personal Data Protection
As AHMET YASİR ALTAY (the "Company"), in our capacity as the data controller under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we would like to inform you regarding the processing of your personal data.
1. Data Controller Your personal data may be processed by AHMET YASİR ALTAY, acting as the data controller, within the scope described below.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data Your collected personal data is processed for the purposes of creating and delivering your orders, performing payment transactions, managing customer relations, evaluating requests and complaints, fulfilling legal obligations, and, subject to your explicit consent, sending you commercial electronic messages.
3. Processed Personal Data Categories Name-surname, email address, phone number, delivery/billing address, order and payment information, and technical data related to website usage (IP address, cookie data, etc.) are processed.
4. Transfer of Personal Data Your personal data may be shared with cargo/logistics companies, payment institutions, e-commerce infrastructure providers, and legally authorized public institutions and organizations, strictly limited to the realization of the purposes stated above and in compliance with the conditions stipulated in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
5. Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data Your personal data is collected electronically via our website, mobile application, and call center, based on the legal grounds of the establishment and performance of a contract, fulfillment of a legal obligation, and legitimate interests of the data controller.
6. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, everyone has the right to apply to the data controller to:
Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
Request information if their personal data has been processed,
Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in accordance with its purpose,
Know the third parties to whom their personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
Request the correction of their personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
Request that the operations carried out (correction, deletion, destruction) be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
Object to the occurrence of a result against the person themselves by analyzing the data exclusively through automated systems,
Claim compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of personal data.
7. Application Method You may submit your requests regarding your rights listed above, along with your identifying information, via email to [email protected]. Depending on the nature of the request, it will be concluded free of charge within a maximum of 30 days.
